Key Responsibilities

  • Organized capacity building programs for small farmers through farmers field school.
  • Organized training programs for Agriculture Officers, Field Assistants, Social Mobilizers, Business & Market Development Experts and Planning, Monitoring & Report Writing Officers.
  • Developed training modules on wheat production technology, cotton production technology, fruits and vegetable production technology and rice production technology.
    Organized seminars, workshops and extension outreach activities for small farmers for productivity enhancement. 

RESEARCH/ EXTENSION ACTIVITIES

  • Designed and Organization Diagnostic Studies to collect baseline data, coordinated the training of farmers and agriculture workers in the transfer and application of improved materials and methods.
  • Monitor the socio-economic impact of Technology Development.
